Pricing and Payments

HamKoders may pause work if payments are delayed or if required client materials are not provided on time.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, content, images, brand assets, login access, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
The client must ensure that any content, images, trademarks or materials provided to HamKoders are legally owned or properly licensed.
Revisions and Approvals
Revisions are included according to the approved package or agreement. Once a design, content, website, app or software stage is approved, major changes may be treated as additional work.
Final approval means the client accepts the completed deliverables for that project stage.
Timelines and Delivery
HamKoders aims to deliver every project within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may change due to delayed feedback, new requirements, third-party issues, technical problems or changes in project scope.
We always work to keep communication clear and progress transparent.
Intellectual Property
After full payment is received, the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
HamKoders may retain rights to internal processes, frameworks, templates, concepts, code libraries, tools and reusable development methods used to complete the project.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Some projects may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, domains, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, analytics tools, email platforms or advertising platforms.
HamKoders is not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, platform restrictions, account suspensions or technical issues caused by external providers.
Portfolio Rights
Unless agreed otherwise, HamKoders may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals or marketing materials. If a client requires confidentiality, this must be discussed before project completion.
Confidentiality
HamKoders respects client privacy and confidential project information. We do not share sensitive business data, login details, private documents or project materials with unauthorized parties.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the project stage and agreement. Payments for completed work, booked resources, strategy, research, design, development or marketing work already performed may not be refundable.
If a project is cancelled, HamKoders may provide completed work up to the paid milestone where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
HamKoders works professionally to deliver reliable digital solutions. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party failures, platform downtime, loss of revenue, search engine ranking changes, ad account restrictions or issues caused by client-side changes.
SEO and Marketing Results
HamKoders provides SEO and digital marketing services using professional strategy, research and optimization. However, search engine rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on competition, budget, market conditions, website quality and platform algorithms. Guaranteed ranking positions are not promised unless clearly stated in a written agreement.
Changes to These Terms
HamKoders may update these Terms & Conditions when required. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
